CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE [24/05/2020]
Watford Chinese Community School (WCCS) will resume online classes after half-term break on 7 June 2020. The school grounds will remain closed until further notice.
Most of the classes are being delivered online; while a few of the lower year classes will continue to exchange learning materials and homework between teachers and parents via emails.

We ask all students, families and staff to continue to follow the government guidance:
*stay at home as much as possible
*work from home if you can
*limit contact with other people
*keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible)
*wash your hands regularly
Do not leave home if you or anyone in your household has symptoms.

About Our School
The Watford Chinese Community School was set up in 1998 by the Watford Chinese Association. The aim of the school is to provide the opportunity for the children from our community to read and write Chinese, but also to develop their interaction skills amongst their peers, who share the same language, tradition and cultural background.
Watford Chinese Community School is a member of the Complementary and Supplementary school listed in Hertfordshire Grid for Learning. We are also a member of the UK Federation of Chinese Schools.
We offer Mandarin and Cantonese for children as young as four years old to GCSE, as well as adult mandarin classes.
10:30 - 12:45 every Sunday
Mandarin: Pre-reception to Year 9; GCSE, adult beginners, intermediate and advanced classes.
Cantonese: Pre-Reception to Year 9 and GCSE classes.
Join us for the badminton and table tennis exercises in the sports hall of Watford Grammar School for Boys during 10:30am - 12:45pm, every Sunday during the school time.
