End of Year Ceremony Event – 13 July 2025
Dear all,
As we look forward to the final half-term of the academic year, PTA of Watford Chinese Community School are excited about the End of Year Celebration Event! This will take place on Sunday 13 July 2025. We invite all parents to come and celebrate with us, recognise the achievements of the students in each class with the prize giving ceremony and have some fun together to mark the end of another great year!
*Food & Refreshments*
Big thanks to our PTA members who are preparing food & refreshments!
All students attending will be given lunch bags π₯ͺ π at the end of the ceremony. Food / drinks / cakes stalls will be around in the hall on the day.
Thank you for your support, all proceeds will go towards the school’s operating costs.
*Games Tokens*
Multiple game stalls will be scattered in classrooms and the hall.Β Β£5 game tokens will go on sale during break time on 29 June & 6 July, as well as on the day (look out for us by the piano).
*Lower Years: Reception to Year 2*
We ask all parents of lower years to accompany their children on the day.
WCCS Volunteers Wanted
Watford Chinese Community School is a voluntary group, we are lucky enough to have new volunteers every year to come in every Sunday helping in various areas including running tuck shop, tidying up school hall / classrooms as well as supporting / teaching students. Whether you are able to offer support on a weekly basis or just one-off, we would love to hear from you.
